Pillows Need a Serious Upgrade

The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the staff was incredibly friendly as they offered snacks throughout our stay. Lots of warm smiles made us feel welcome!

Unfortunately, the pillows felt like they were stuffed with cotton balls. We also faced issues with cleanliness, as the carpets had some stains that took away from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere.

Ask for extra towels upon arrival to avoid delays later, as housekeeping can be less responsive during busy times.

We enjoyed our stay and loved being just under 2 km away from beautiful East Lake Park, perfect for a leisurely stroll and some fresh air. Getting to the nearby Taylor Memorial Arboretum, with its lovely trails and landscapes, was a breeze on foot.

But let’s be real, breakfast ended at 9am? Ridiculous! I could've hit up other Hilton spots that had way better brekkie hours. Wouldn’t book a Home2 Suites again next time I’m in town. Plus, info about breakfast hours? Nowhere to be found.
